I’ve looked at the trusty NIH site on Plantar Fasciitis and I’m considering getting a cast boot. I am still highly wary of even looking at that shot. Its weird considering I get a ten inch needle stuck in me every few weeks or so for one study LOL.
Based on the prognosis for recovery time, or at least relief, via that method, I’d be [hopefully] in a lot less pain in less than two months. Plus, with the cast boot, I could still walk around, still take my lovely showers, still get to and from Bethesda and other places when necessary, and have a much larger implement to use in kicking someones…nevermind. Needless to say, it would be a good thing on several levels.
Now I just have to call the podiatrist about it.
