This is the first day of my keeping records via the Tweet, Eat, Post thing on the Roni’s Weigh site. This system is really cool and really easy. Food Units drinking one quart of water after my nearly three hour workout. i do eat, honestly lol 0 meds 1 one cup of no fat yogurt over one cup of toasted oats cereal 6 coffee with sugar 0 did a nearly three hour workout. yoga, aerobics, one mile walk. i think this is the right number. correct me if i’m wrong please. -6 had one cup of toasted oats cereal with 1.5 cups of yogurt, two cookies, six mini sausages, and a single serving of cheese. 15 switched to 1 cup of yogurt w/1 cup of toasted oats w/cinnamon, 1 serving of cheese, and 1 quart coffee. just below daily limit. 9 Total: 25
