Hacking Cough

I am down but not defeated. I got my stretches in and was just building up to the aerobics bit of it when my body decided that it wasn’t in my best interests. I only managed to get about ten minutes worth of aerobics in before it felt like my chest was about to blow my lungs out.

It will take time, but I’ll get back to being able to do my full workout.

In the meantime, I’m going to lay down and catch my breath. My legs aren’t doing too well either.

At least I got something in. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get some more moderate to high impact exercise in later today. Even so, I will be, at the very least, tensing muscles and doing light stuff.
