A few minutes late but here it is. This is for 14 February 2009.
What was intended to be eaten and what actually was consumed are clearly two different things. Short of sequestering the food in my room overnight, I can see no way around protecting my planned meals from a binge eater.
Food Units got about twenty minutes of stretching and ten minutes of aerobics in before i collapsed. hoping for more exercise later. -5 toasted cheese on bread and 32oz of tea 8 1 hour of moderate impact aerobics…and collapsing -7 56oz soy milk, 6 cubes of cheese, 1/2 cup of raisins, 1 banana, 2 cookies, 2 bowls of salsa, tortilla chips. 44 going to get in some mild exercise and stretching while watching csi weekends -3 Total: 37
