Tonight, my unconventional conventionalists, I am attempting to make raisin bread based on this recipe.
I admit to taking swipes off of the uncooked dough and, if that’s anything to go by, then this bread is going to be good. I am going to deviate from the recipe in one respect. I’m putting a sprinkling of Cassia/Cinnamon in it before I bake it. I hope it tastes good.
