On 9 June 2010, I enfolded what was The Fitness of KaliTime back into this blog.
My primary reason for doing this was simply to make sure I didn’t forget to blog about my fitness progress. There have been several long stretches where I’ve either been ill or more focused on either this blog or the Art of Lunar Bipolarity. Rather than totally ignore the third blog, I thought it better to bring the posts back to where they originated in the hopes of giving a better charting of my goal.
It is my hope that, with time and through hard work, I will achieve what I’m setting out to do in getting fit.
